油田通井路级配碎石面层的应用研究

摘要
从级配碎石强度形成机理、材料选择、级配设计、施工方法等方面入手,研究级配碎石用作面层时的压实特性和提高强度的方法,并通过大庆油田采油三厂通井路改造项目进行验证,总结级配碎石面层施工和后期维护中的技术要点,为级配碎石用作低等级道路面层提供技术指导。实践证明,级配碎石路面在确保施工质量的前提下使用效果较好,与土路相比具有路面平整、可雨天行车的优点。由于工程造价低,级配碎石路面适用于交通量低的油田通井道路。
The compaction characteristic and the methods of improving strength of graded crushed stone used as surface are studied from the aspects of strength formation mechanism, material selection,gradation design and construction methods.The results can be verified through the wellsite road reform project of No.3 Oil Production Plant in Daqing Oilfield.The technical points in the construction and maintenance of the graded crushed stone used as pavement layer are summerized,which provides technical guidance for the use of graded crushed stone as low grade road surface. The practice has proved that the graded crushed stone pavement has better using effects with good contruction quality, and compared with unsurfaced roads, it is more flat and can be used in rainy days. Considering the low cost of the graded crushed stone pavement,it is suitable for the road to oil wells in the oilfield when the vehicle is less.
