全髋关节置换术对老年移位型股骨颈骨折患者远期并发症及生存质量的影响

摘要
目的观察老年移位型股骨颈骨折患者应用全髋关节置换术治疗的效果。方法 60例老年移位型股骨颈骨折患者随机分为两组各30例,对照组患者采用骨折内固定治疗,观察组患者采用全髋关节置换术治疗,比较两组的远期并发症、髋关节功能以及生存质量。结果观察组的远期并发症发生率显著低于对照组, Harris评分及SF-36评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针对老年移位型股骨颈骨折患者,全髋关节置换术利于减少远期并发症,改善髋关节功能,维护患者生存质量。
Objective To observe the effect of total hip arthroplasty for the treatment of elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fracture. Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fracture were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with fracture internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with total hip arthroplasty.The long-term complications, hip function and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of long-term complications of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the Harris score and SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those of control group(P <0.05). Conclusions For elderly patients with displaced femoral neck fracture, total hip arthroplasty is conducive to reducing long-term complications, improving hip function and maintaining patients' quality of life.
