十三鬼穴配合养心安神针法治疗顽固性失眠30例临床观察

摘要
目的观察十三鬼穴配合养心安神针法治疗顽固性失眠的临床疗效。方法将60例顽固性失眠患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组30例采用十三鬼穴配合养心安神针法治疗,对照组30例仅采用常规针刺,每周进行3次,10次为1疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果观察组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后2组患者睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能等PSQI各分项评分、总分,AIS评分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论十三鬼穴配合养心安神针法治疗顽固性失眠疗效显著,为临床提供一种新颖独特的治疗方法,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of thirteen ghost acupoints combined with acupuncture manipulation to tranquilize mind by nourishing heart on the treatment of intractable insomnia.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,30 cases per group.The observation group was treated with thirteen ghost acupoints while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture alone,three times a week,10 times a course of treatment.The effect evaluation was made after 2 courses.Results: The total effective rate was 93.33 % in the observation group and 76.67 % in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The score,total score and AIS score of PSQI in sleep quality,asleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disturbance and daytime function were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Thirteen ghost acupoints are effective in the treatment of intractable insomnia,which is a new and unique treatment method,worthy of clinical application.
