摘要
文章通过梳理转向架质量检测流程,按工序分类提炼出质量检测项点,并对其进行归类,分析这些项点是否能实现自动化检测。最后通过自动化生产线对研究的结果进行验证,确定最终能实现自动化检测的项点以及信息化的方式,实现质量检测无纸化、信息化、自动化、智能化。
By combing the quality inspection process of the bogie, this paper extracts the quality inspection items according to the process classification, and classifies the inspection items. It analyzes whether these quality inspection items can be automated. Finally, the results of the research are verified by automated production lines to determine the items and information that can be automated. The quality inspection is paperless, informationized,automated and intelligent.
