何氏养肾方对慢性肾脏病患者炎症指标的影响

摘要
目的:探讨何氏养肾方对慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者炎症指标的影响。方法:将150例CKD患者随机分为三组,各50例,对照组采用盐酸贝那普利治疗,治疗1组采用何氏养肾方治疗,治疗2组采用盐酸贝那普利联合何氏养肾方治疗。比较三组治疗前后血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的变化。结果:治疗后对照组hs-CRP、IL-6明显下降(P<0.05),TNF-α水平无明显变化(P>0.05);治疗1组与治疗2组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显下降(P<0.05),且均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗2组明显低于治疗1组(P<0.05)。结论:何氏养肾方可有效改善CKD患者的微炎症状态,值得临床推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Heshi Yangshen decoction on inflammatory indices of chronic kidney disease.Methods:150 patients with CKD were randomly divided into three groups,50 cases in each.The control group was treated with benazepril hydrochloride;the treatment group 1 was treated with the Heshi Yangshen decoction,and the treatment group 2 was treated with benazepril hydrochloride plus the Heshi Yangshen decoction.The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α in three groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the control group were decreased significantly(P<0.05);the TNF-α level showed no significant change(P>0.05).The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α in the treatment group 1 and 2 were decreased and significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05);and those in the treatment group 2 were significantly less than the treatment group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Heshi Yangshen decoction can effectively improve the micro-inflammatory state of CKD patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
