应用型本科高校学生培养定位探讨

摘要
应用型本科高校是适应社会经济发展而进行的普通高等学校的转型,对其学生的培养不能够再沿袭传统的培养定位和模式,要凸显应用型人才培养的目标。现阶段,应用型本科高校在学生培养中还面临着诸多问题,为此,需要明确应用型本科高校学生培养定位,以便可以更好地为社会和企业培养应用型人才。
Ordinary colleges and universities are transforming into applied undergraduate colleges and universities to adapt to the social and economic development. The cultivation of their students can no longer follow the traditional orientation and mode of cultivation,but should highlight the goal of applied talent cultivation. At present,the application undergraduate colleges and universities are still facing many problems in the training of students. Therefore,it is necessary to define the oriented training of the applied undergraduate students,so as to better train applied talents for society and enterprises.
