光子嫩肤技术联合新型超分子水杨酸治疗寻常型痤疮的效果

摘要
目的探讨光子嫩肤技术联合新型超分子水杨酸治疗寻常型痤疮的效果。方法将96例寻常型痤疮患者按随机数字表法分为A组(光子嫩肤技术)、B组(新型超分子水杨酸)和联合组(光子嫩肤技术+新型超分子水杨酸),各32例。比较三组患者治疗前、后皮损面积、皮损疼痛评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,联合组患者皮损面积小于A组和B组,皮损疼痛评分低于A组和B组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。三组患者不良总反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论光子嫩肤技术和新型超分子水杨酸在寻常型痤疮治疗中均有一定效果,二者联用可显著缩小皮损面积,减轻皮损疼痛,临床疗效更佳,且不会显著增加不良反应。
        Objective To explore the effect of photon rejuvenation technology combined with new supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of acne vulgarise. Methods A total of 96 acne vulgaris patients were divided into group A(photon rejuvenation technology), group B(new supramolecular salicylic acid) and combined group(photon rejuvenation technology+new supramolecular salicylic acid) according to random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. The skin lesion area, pain score, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the lesion area of the combined group was smaller than that of the groups A and B, and the pain score was lower than that of the groups A and B(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that of the groups A and B(P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Photon rejuvenation technology and new supramolecular salicylic acid have certain effects in the treatment of acne vulgaris. The combination of photon rejuvenation technology and new supramolecular salicylic acid can significantly reduce the skin lesion area, alleviate the pain of skin lesion, have better clinical efficacy, and will not significantly increase adverse reactions.
