氨水沉淀制备氢氧化镁试验研究

摘要
以海盐卤水为原料,氨水为沉淀剂制备高纯度氢氧化镁,通过单因素变量法,以镁离子回收率为研究对象,优化反应条件。结果表明,当氨水添加量与卤水体积比为0.55∶1,反应温度50℃,反应时间90 min,搅拌速率120 r/min,制备的氢氧化镁回收率为79.8%,纯度为99.1%。利用X射线衍射、热重仪和红外光谱仪对制备的氢氧化镁进行表征,结果表明产物为高纯氢氧化镁且结晶良好。
        High purity magnesium hydroxide was prepared by using sea salt brine as raw material and ammonia as precipitant. The reaction conditions were optimized by single factor variable method and magnesium ion recovery rate. The results showed that the recovery rate of magnesium hydroxide was 79.8% and the purity was 99.1%,when the volume ratio of ammonia water to brine was 0.55∶1, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, the reaction time was 90 min and the stirring rate was 120 r/min. The magnesium hydroxide was characterized by XRD, thermogravimetry and infrared spectrometer, analysis of product was considered good crystallinity and high-purity magnesium hydroxide.
