摘要
目的:探索抑制控制训练对肥胖儿童抑制控制的提升及减重效用。方法:将27例9~16岁肥胖儿童随机分为普通行为干预组(n=9,接受有氧运动和饮食调节干预)、食物刺激抑制训练组(n=7,接受普通行为干预和食物刺激抑制训练)、中性刺激抑制训练组(n=11,接受普通行为干预和中性刺激抑制训练)。抑制训练前后,采用经典停止信号任务和经典Flanker任务对所有儿童进行反应抑制和干扰抑制测试,并测量儿童的身高和体质量。结果:食物刺激抑制训练组的训练前食物反应抑制反应时SSRT值高于训练后[(345±33) vs.(211±54),P<0.001],中性刺激抑制训练组和普通行为干预组训练前后的SSRT值及Flanker值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。食物刺激抑制训练组的即时减重量多于中性刺激抑制训练组和普通行为干预组[(4.1±0.4) kg vs.(3.3±0.4) kg vs.(2.8±0.5) kg,P<0.05]。结论:食物抑制训练提高了肥胖儿童的食物刺激反应抑制控制表现;相比于普通行为干预和中性刺激抑制控制训练,食物刺激抑制控制训练对肥胖儿童有更好的减重效果。
        Objective:To explore the effects of inhibition control training on improvement of inhibition control and weight loss in obese children.Methods:Twenty-seven obese children aged 9-16 were randomly divided into a food-stimulation inhibition training group(n=7),a neutral-stimulation inhibition training group(n=11),and a general behavior training group(n=9).Children in the general behavioral training group received behavioral training that attenuated body mass(aerobic exercise and diet regulation),and children in the food/neutral stimulation inhibition training group used the food/neutral stimulation Stop-signal task for inhibition training based on general behavioral trainings.Before and after the inhibition training,all children were tested for response inhibition and interference inhibition using the classic Stop-signal task and the classic Flanker task,and the height and mass of the child were measured.Results:In the food-stimulation inhibition training group,food response inhibition SSRT value before training was higher than after training [(345±33) vs.(211±54),P<0.001].There was no significant difference in SSRT and Flanker between the normal behavior training group before and after training(P>0.05).Those in food-stimulation inhibition training group had more immediate weight loss than neutral-stimulation inhibition training group and general behavior training group [(4.1±0.4) kg vs.(3.3±0.4) kg vs.(2.8±0.5) kg,P<0.05].Conclusion:Food inhibition training improves the performance of food stimulation response inhibition control in obese children.Compared with normal behavioral training and neutral-stimulation inhibition training,food-stimulation inhibition training has a better weight loss effect on obese children.
