早期康复对脑卒中后2～4月患者认知功能的价值

摘要
目的探讨早期康复对脑卒中后2～4月患者认知功能的价值。方法筛选我院神经内科,康复科2018年4月份到2018年12月份60例脑卒中患者,根据患者住院号码分为两组,即研究组和对照组。对比两组康复护理前后日常生活能力量表评分;两组康复护理前后认知功能评分。结果两组康复护理前日常生活能力量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组康复护理后日常生活能力量表评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组康复护理前认知功能评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组康复护理后认知功能评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复可以提高脑卒中后2～4月患者的肢体功能及认知功能。
Objective To explore the value of early rehabilitation on cognitive function in patients with stroke from February to April. Methods 60 stroke patients were selected from the Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation in our hospital from April 2018 to December 2018. They were divided into two groups according to their hospitalization numbers: the study group and the control group. The scores of ADL scale before and after rehabilitation nursing were compared between the two groups, and the scores of cognitive function before and after rehabilitation nursing were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in ADL score between the two groups before rehabilitation nursing(P>0.05); there was significant difference in ADL score between the two groups after rehabilitation nursing(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in cognitive function score between the two groups before rehabilitation nursing(P>0.05); there was significant difference in cognitive function score between the two groups after rehabilitation nursing(P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation can improve limb function and cognitive function of stroke patients from 2 to 4 months after stroke.
