摘要
目的观察汽化过氧化氢发生器和紫外线2种消毒方法对生物安全实验室空气消毒的效果。方法采用自然沉降法进行空气采样,对比分析汽化过氧化氢发生器、紫外线对生物安全实验室内空气的消毒效果。结果汽化过氧化氢发生器对生物安全实验室内空气消毒效果优于紫外线,工作2 h、3 h两种消毒方法自然沉降菌数差异均有统计学意义(t=4. 38、6. 09,P <0. 05);汽化过氧化氢发生器消毒后正常工作3 h自然沉降菌数小于消毒前,紫外线消毒正常工作3 h自然沉降菌数与消毒前差异无统计学意义。结论汽化过氧化氢发生器和紫外线均可以作为生物安全实验室空气消毒的方法,汽化过氧发生器消毒效果更好。
        Objective To observe the air disinfection efficacy of vapor hydrogen peroxide generator and ultraviolet( UV) in biosafety laboratory. Methods The natural sedimentation method was used for air sampling,and the disinfection effect of vaporized hydrogen peroxide generator and UV on the air in the biosafety laboratory were compared and analyzed. Results The disinfection efficacy of vapor hydrogen peroxide generator was superior than that of UV for air disinfection in biosafety laboratories,but the difference was not statistically significant( t = 2. 05,P = 0. 06). There was no difference in the number of bacteria with two disinfection methods( t = 1. 30,P = 0. 21) at 1 h. There were significant differences in the number of bacteria between the two disinfection methods at 2 h and 3 h of normal operation( t = 4. 38,P = 0. 00; t = 6. 09,P = 0. 00).3 h after normal operation of the vapor hydrogen peroxide generator disinfection the bacterial number was less than that before disinfection with significant difference( P = 0. 02); the number of bacteria after 3 h of normal operation of UV disinfection was less than that before disinfection,but the difference was not statistically significant( P = 1. 00). Conclusion Both vapor hydrogen peroxide generator and UV can be used for air disinfection in biosafety laboratories. But the efficacy of the former one is better than that of the latter.
