喉典型类癌1例

<正>1临床资料患者,男,70岁,因咽喉部疼痛4年、声嘶1年于2016年11月27日入院。伴咽喉部异物感,偶有吞咽痛,讲话时含糊,病程中无进食水呛咳及呼吸困难表现,无明显体重减轻等症状,体格检查:颈软无抵抗,气管居中,耳、鼻未见明显异常,颈部及甲状腺彩超无异常。既往吸烟40年,15支/d,未戒烟。纤维喉镜见:会厌喉面近会厌结节处一孤立暗红色肿物,直径约2.0cm,与周围组织分界清晰,呈半球形凸向喉腔,表面光滑,双侧声带、室带前份显示不
