检测血清肿瘤标志物对诊断胃癌的临床意义

摘要
目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物(CA199、CA724、CA242、CEA)用于临床诊断胃癌的价值。方法选取确诊为胃癌的160例患者进行研究,并纳入至观察A组。同时选择同期治疗的160例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为观察B组;并选择同期进行体检的正常健康人员160例作为对照组。分别抽取3组空腹下血清,并检测其CA199、CA724、CA242、CEA水平。结果观察A组患者血清CA199、CA724、CA242、CEA水平明显高于观察B组、对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P<0. 05;但观察B组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。联合检测CA199、CA724、CA242、CEA的敏感度、准确度明显高于单项或两项或三项检测,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论联合检测血清CA199、CA724、CA242、CEA水平可提高对胃癌诊断的准确性。
Objective To explore the value of detecting serum tumor markers( CA199,CA724,CA242,CEA) for clinical diagnosis of gastric cancer. Methods Selected from our hospital and diagnosed with gastric cancer in 160 patients were studied and included in the observation group. At the same time select the same period in our hospital for treatment of 160 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis as the observation group B; and select the same period in our hospital for physical examination of160 healthy subjects as the control group. Three fasting serum samples were collected and their CA199,CA724,CA242 and CEA levels were measured. Results The level of serum CA199,CA724,CA242 and CEA in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). However,the observation group B compared with the control group,the difference was not significant,no statistical significance P > 0. 05. The sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection of CA199,CA724,CA242 and CEA were significantly higher than those of single detection of CA199,CA724,CA242,CEA or two or three,with significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Combined detection of serum CA199,CA724,CA242,CEA levels can improve the diagnostic accuracy of gastric cancer.
