EGFR、VEGF、ER、PR在子宫平滑肌肿瘤中的表达及意义

摘要
目的探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)在子宫平滑肌肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法选取2015年3月-2017年8月唐山市中医医院收治的67例子宫平滑肌肿瘤患者,同时选取相应癌旁组织作为对照。采用免疫组织化学法测定子宫平滑肌肿瘤组织及其癌旁组织中EGFR、VEGF、ER、PR的表达水平。结果子宫平滑肌肿瘤组织中EGFR、VEGF、ER和PR阳性表达率均比癌旁组织明显增加(P<0.01)。子宫平滑肌肿瘤组织中EGFR表达与VEGF、ER和PR表达均呈正相关(r=0.739、0.713、0.505,P<0.05),VEGF表达与ER和PR表达也均呈正相关(r=0.614、0.572,P<0.05)。EGFR、VEGF、ER和PR对子宫平滑肌肿瘤的诊断差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中联合检测EGFR、VEGF、ER和PR诊断价值最高。结论 EGFR、VEGF、ER、PR高表达与子宫平滑肌肿瘤密切相关,可作为子宫平滑肌肿瘤的诊断、预后指标,并为其药物治疗提供依据。
Objective To investigate the expressions and significance of epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in uterine smooth muscle tumors. Methods From March 2015 to August 2017,67 patients with uterine smooth muscle tumors were selected as the subjects.Meanwhile,the corresponding adjacent tissues were selected as the controls. The expression levels of EGFR,VEGF,ER and PR in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rates of EGFR,VEGF,ER and PR in uterine smooth muscle tumors were significantly higher than those in corresponding adjacent tissues(P<0.01). The expression of EGFR was positively correlated with VEGF,ER and PR expressions in uterine smooth muscle tumors(r = 0.739,0.658,0.505,P<0.05). The expression of VEGF was positively correlated with the expressions of ER and PR(r = 0.614,0.572,P<0.05). The differences of EGFR,VEGF,ER and PR in the diagnosis of uterine smooth muscle tumors were statistically significant(P< 0.05). Among them,the combined detection of EGFR,VEGF,ER and PR was of the highest diagnostic value.Conclusion High expressions of EGFR,VEGF,ER and PR are closely related to uterine smooth muscle tumors,which can be used as a diagnostic and prognostic marker for uterine smooth muscle tumors while facilitating medication.
