摘要
田芬兰教授对中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭方面有独特见解。田教授认为慢性心力衰竭基本病机为脾失健运,土不制水,脾之气虚阳微为本,血瘀水停为标;治疗培土以制水,益气温阳以恢复阳气,调整脏腑;活血利水使水湿得化,瘀血得消。临床用药重视健脾养胃,权衡虚实,酌情攻补。临床所见每获良效,故将随师所学加以总结。
        Professor TIAN Fenlan has unique views on the treatment of chronic heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine. Professor TIAN believes that the basic pathogenesis of chronic heart failure is spleen loss, water, spleen qi deficiency and yang micro, blood stasis water stop as the standard, treatment of soil to make water, replenishing qi and warming yang to restore the yang qi and adjusting the viscera. The water is wet and blood stasis is eliminated. Clinical medication attaches importance to strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach, balancing deficiency and excess, and attacking and tonifying as appropriate. Every clinical observation has a good effect, so we will sum up what we have learned from our teachers.
