摘要

体育测量评价方法极大地提高了运动员选材的科学性。本文以体育测量评价为基础,对民航飞行学员选材的测量与评价进行探讨,以期在选材、育材的过程中完善招飞选材工作的评价标准和方法,提高成材率,为国家民航培养更多更优秀的飞行人才。
        Sports measurement and evaluation methods have greatly improved the scientificity of athlete selection. Based on sports measurement and evaluation, this paper makes a brief introduction to the measurement and evaluation of civil aviation flight cadets' selection in order to perfect the evaluation standards and methods of recruitment and selection in the process of selecting and educating cadets, improve the rate of success, and train civil aviation for the country. More and better flying talents.
