摘要
为了研究药品中盐酸肼屈嗪含量检测的新方法,本文采用共振光散射光谱法以Clark-Lubs缓冲液为介质分析盐酸肼屈嗪与十二烷基苯磺酸钠反应的光散射强度参数关系。研究发现:在pH 1.4的Clark-Lubs缓冲介质中适量盐酸肼屈嗪与十二烷基苯磺酸钠水溶液发生π-π电荷转移和离子缔合反应,所得产物的共振光散射最大发射波长在402 nm处,盐酸肼屈嗪浓度在0.125~1.00 mg·L~(-1)范围内呈线性关系,相关系数R为0.9998,检出限为0.035 mg·L~(-1),回收率在99.08%~100.8%之间。所拟方法适用于分析常温下盐酸肼屈嗪与光散射强度的参数关系,可应用于药品中盐酸肼屈嗪含量的测定。
        In order to study the new method for the determination of hydralazine hydrochloride in pharmaceuticals,the light scattering intensity parameters of the reaction between hydralazine hydrochloride and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate were studied using the resonance light scattering spectrometry in Clark-Lubs buffer medium.The results showed that the reaction between the proper amount of hydrazinium hydrochloride and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate aqueous solution in the pH 1.4 Clark-Lubs buffer medium was π-π charge transfer and ion association reaction mechanism.The maximum emission wavelength of the resonance light scattering of the obtained product at 402 nm.The hydralazine hydrochloride concentration was linear in the range of 0.125 to 1.00 mg·L~(-1).The correlation coefficient R was 0.9998.The detection limit was 0.035 mg·L~(-1),and the recovery rate was 99.08~100.8%.The proposed method is suitable for analyzing the parametric relationship between hydralazine hydrochloride and light scattering intensity at room temperature,and can be applied to the determination of hydralazine hydrochloride in medicines.
