摘要
针对某导弹装备静态参数手动测试过程繁琐、效率低、受操作人员主观因素影响大等问题,设计一种自动测试仪。该自动测试仪采用USB总线多用表卡、矩阵开关,由通用计算机控制矩阵开关切换被测参数信号、控制多用表卡采集信号,实现多个静态参数的分时自动测试。结果表明,该自动测试仪能够快速地实现某导弹装备静态参数的自动测试,较好地解决了手动测试存在的问题。
        Since the manual test of static parameters of a certain missile equipment has the problems of tedious test process and low efficiency,and may be influenced by subjective factors of operator,an automatic test instrument(ATI) is proposed.The multi-meter card with USB bus and matrix switch are adopted in ATI. The general computer is used to control the matrix switch for measured signals switching and multi-meter card for signal acquisition to realize the time-sharing automatic test of multiple static parameters. The result shows that the ATI can realize the automatic test of static parameters of a certain missile equipment quickly,and the problems of manual test can be solved.
