中药联合针刺治疗干眼症的疗效分析

摘要
目的研究中药联合针刺治疗干眼症的临床治疗效果。方法方便选取2016年10月—2018年10月因干眼症在该院接受治疗的患者共640例纳入研究,将患者按照入院时间进行均匀分组,2016年10月—2017年9月收治患者320例作为对照组,仅通过针刺治疗,于2017年10月—2018年10月入院接受治疗的320例患者则归入观察组中,患者基于对照组的治疗方案加用中药治疗,对比两组疗效方面的差异。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率94.37%远高于对照组的治疗总有效率84.06%,且治疗后相较于对照组患者,观察组患者在BUT以及泪液分泌量水平方面均更高,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药与针刺联合治疗方案对干眼症患者具有较好的疗效,在改善患者泪膜破裂时间及泪液分泌量具有显著作用。
Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on dry eye syndrome. Methods Convenient select a total of 640 patients who underwent treatment for dry eye syndrome in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were included in the study. Patients were evenly grouped according to admission time. Patients were admitted from October 2016 to September 2017 as a control group, only 320 patients who were admitted to hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 by acupuncture were included in the observation group. The patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on the treatment plan of the control group. Differences in efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.37%, which was much higher than the total effective rate of the control group(84.06%). Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher BUT and tear secretion levels. There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture has a good effect on dry eye patients, and has a significant effect in improving tear burst time and tear secretion.
