牙周-正畸联合治疗对牙周病切牙区美学重建的作用

摘要
目的探究牙周-正畸联合治疗牙周病切牙区美学重建作用。方法抽选2017年5月～2019年5月收治的98例牙周病患者资料作回顾分析,据随机数字法分为2组,各49例,对照组行常规牙周治疗,研究组行牙周-正畸治疗,评估切牙区美学重建效果。结果研究组治疗后PD(2.35±0.41)、BI(0.97±0.32)明显低于对照组;研究组PH(2.91±0.46)、BC-CP(7.09±0.59)相比对照组更高(P <0.05);且研究组患牙松动度(4.08%)明显低于对照组(18.37%)(P <0.05)。结论牙周-正畸治疗可有效促进切牙区美学重建,值得退关。
Objective To investigate the effect of periodontal-orthodontal treatment on the aesthetic reconstruction of periodontal disease incisors. Methods The data of 98 patients with periodontal disease admitted from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis. According to the random number method, they were divided into two groups, 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine periodontal treatment.Periodontal-orthodontic treatment to evaluate the aesthetic reconstruction of the incisor area.Results PD(2.35±0.41) and BI(0.97±0.32) were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group. The PH(2.91±0.46) and BC-CP(7.09±0.59) in the study group were higher than the control group(P < 0.05); and the looseness of the study group(4.08%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(18.37%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion Periodontal-orthodontic treatment can effectively promote the aesthetic reconstruction of the incisor area, which is worthy of retreat.
