摘要
本文适用采用乙酸乙酯提取豆芽中的4-氯苯氧乙酸,甲醇复溶,超高效液相色谱串联四极杆质谱测定。该方法测试速度快,使用有机溶剂少,线性范围为1.0~100ng/mL,检出限远低于标准要求,回收率在75.7%~90.1%之间。极大在缩减了检测时间,降低了检测成本提高了检测效率,能够满足检测机构大批量的检测要求。
In this article, the 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid residue in bean sprouts was extracted with ethyl acetate.After redissolved with methanol, HPLC-MS/MS was employed for detection.This method has fast test speed and uses less organic solvent.The linear range is 1.0~100 ng/mL and the limit of detection is much lower than that in the standard.The recovery rate is between 75.7% to 90.1%.It can greatly reduce the detection time and the detection cost, advance the detection efficiency, which can meet the detection requirements of large quantities of detection institutions.
