摘要

本次主要是针对龙泉城中村改造规划实例研究与分析,对城中村改造模式进行理论探索与实践尝试,找到一条适合龙泉村乃至株洲市城中村的改造模式与开发模式,为株洲市内类似龙泉城中村改造模式与工作思路的研究提供参考。
        This paper mainly aims at the case study and analysis of Longquan City Village Reconstruction Planning, makes theoretical exploration and practical attempt to find a suitable model for Longquan Village and even Zhuzhou City Village Reconstruction and Development, and provides reference for the study of similar Longquan City Village Reconstruction Model and working ideas in Zhuzhou City.
