摘要
将数据挖掘技术用于解决中医方剂学研究的科学问题是中医药研究的重点内容之一。文章系统总结了可应用于方剂学研究的常用数据挖掘算法及软件;从数据挖掘技术的应用角度,归纳了其用于解决方剂配伍规则、方证关系、方剂加减变化、用药剂量等关键科学问题的研究概况,以期对于数据挖掘技术在方剂研究中应用具有一定的参考意义。
        Data mining could be used to research the scientific problems of traditional Chinese formula, which was considered as one of the focuses on TCM. In this article, the software and tools which could be used in formula research were collected systematically. The application of data mining on the scientific problems of traditional Chinese formula including the compatibility rules, relationship between formula and syndrome, composition and dosage changes in formula were also reviewed. This review perhaps will provide the references for data mining application on the study of traditional Chinese formula.
