摘要
目的探讨甲醛饮用染毒对尾吊模拟失重大鼠免疫系统及微核形成的影响。方法将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、高剂量染毒组和低剂量染毒组。对照组引用纯净水,高剂量染毒组和低剂量组分别饲以10 g/L和2 g/L的甲醛溶液7天和30天。所有大鼠均尾吊模拟失重。结果与对照组相比,染毒组大鼠胸腺、脾等脏器系数均出现极显著下降(P<0.01);在高、低浓度30天时,WBC明显升高、MON明显降低;NEU在低浓度7天和高低浓度30天出现明显升高;BAS在高低浓度30天出现明显升高;EOS在高低浓度7天出现明显升高而在30天时明显降低;CD4分别在高低浓度7天和30天出现明显降低,而CD8明显升高,且CD4/CD8比值出现倒置。骨髓细胞微核率、淋巴细胞微核率均显著性增加且与染毒浓度成正比。结论甲醛饮用染毒可导致尾吊SD大鼠机体细胞免疫紊乱并可产生遗传毒性作用。
        Objective To study the effects of formaldehyde drinking on immune system and micronucleus generation in tail-suspentioned rats under simulated weightlessness environment. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into three groups,the control group drink water and the two formaldehyde drinking groups with the dose of 10 g/L and 2 g/L formaldehyde for 30 days respectively. Results As compared with control group,the organ index of thymus gland and spleen was seriously decreased( P < 0. 01),while the white blood cell( WBC) increased significantly( P <0. 05). Blood T-Lymphocytes subgroup typing: CD4 decreased in the high and lower dose of formaldehyde drinking group at 7 days and 30 days respectively,while CD8 increased significantly( P < 0. 01),and CD4/CD8 was obviously inversed. The rate of micronucleus in bone marrow and lymphocyte was increased significantly and in direct proportion to the concentration of formaldehyde drinking. Conclusions The above results showed that formaldehyde drinking could cause disorder in cellular immunity and genotoxicity in heredity.
