摘要
医学检验实验教学是提升医学检验专业学生应用能力的重要环节,是提高学生创新能力、动手操作能力的必要环节。潍坊医学院医学检验实验教学中心根据医学检验技术专业的学制特点和人才培养目标,提出改革医学检验技术实验体系的新思路,从校内课程改革、校外实践改革和评价考核方式等方面入手,通过实行检验特色层次化梯度实验教学、构建多元化实验教学模式、配套实验教材建设,结合岗位需求特点和专业特点,打造实习见习平台和社会服务实践平台及完善健全实验教学考核体系等措施,培养学生发现问题解决问题的能力,有效提高医学检验专业学生的实践操作能力与综合素质从而达到建设以能力培养为导向的医学检验技术实验教学体系的目的。
The experimental teaching of medical laboratory is an essential place to improve the students' ability of application,and it is also a necessary link to improve the students' ability of innovation and operation.According to the characteristics of medical laboratory technology major and the goal of talent training,Weifang Medical College Medical Laboratory Experimental Teaching Center put forward a new thought to reform the experimental system of medical laboratory technology.Starting from the aspects of intra-curricular curriculum reform,off-campus practice reform and evaluation and assessment methods,Weifang Medical College Medical Laboratory Experimental Teaching Center carried out the hierarchical gradient experimental teaching with test characteristics,constructed a diversified experimental teaching model and a complete set of experimental teaching materials,built up the platform of internship and practice of social service combined with the characteristics of post demand and professional characteristics and perfect the examination system of experimental teaching,etc,which cultivate students' ability to find and solve problems and effectively improve the practical and operational ability and comprehensive quality of medical laboratory students,thus achieving the purpose of building the experimental teaching system of medical laboratory technology guided by ability cultivation.
