摘要
为了提高硫精矿品质及综合回收锌资源,新建一座700 t/d的硫精矿再处理车间,采用一次粗选一次扫选、粗精矿立式搅拌磨再磨后三次精选的工艺处理硫精矿。工业应用实践表明,立式搅拌磨机用于锌粗精矿再磨,能够使再磨细度稳定在-0.043 mm粒级含量占90%~93%,使目的矿物闪锌矿基本单体解离,最终获得了较好的生产指标。立式搅拌磨机是锌粗精矿再磨的有效细磨设备。
        In order to improve the quality of sulfur concentrate and recover Zn comprehensively, a 700 t/d sulfur concentrate reprocessing workshop was built. The process flow involving one roughing and one scavenging,three cleanings after regrinding of rough concentrate by vertical stirring mill was applied. The practice of industrial application showed: after the vertical stirring mill being used for the regrinding of rough zinc concentrate, the regrinding fineness with-0.043 mm particle was stabilized between 90% and 93%, thus the target of sphalerite liberated basically at this regrinding fineness, and good production indexes were obtained finally. The vertical stirring mill was effective fine grinding equipment for regrinding of rough zinc concentrate.
