摘要
目的:对脑膜瘤应用磁共振成像(MRI)增强扫描诊断的临床价值进行探析。方法:回顾性分析2016年2月—2018年2月我院肿瘤科诊治的25例经手术病理确诊的脑肿瘤患者临床资料,均在术前接受头颅MRI诊断增强扫描,以手术病理诊断结果为金标准,分析本组诊断效果。结果:本组25例患者经手术病理确诊,均是单发性肿瘤,发生位包括大脑凸面10例、颅后窝5例、蝶骨嵴4例、大脑镰旁3例、侧脑室3例;MRI诊断符合23例(92.0%);MRI表现为T1WI主要是等信号,其次为低信号,T2WI主要是稍高信号,少数病例为T1WI、T2WI混杂不均信号;通过增强扫描,23例显著强化,2例为不均强化;16例能见显著脑膜尾征,9例能见显著水肿带。结论:MRI增强扫描在脑膜瘤诊断中有着重要作用,可有效明确病灶信号特征及表现,有检出符合率高,且能定位、定性诊断,为针对性治疗提供指导,有着重要临床价值。
        Objective To explore the clinical value of enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of meningiomas. Methods The clinical data of 25 patients with brain tumors diagnosed by operation and pathology from February 2016 to February 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients received enhanced cranial MRI diagnosis before operation. The diagnostic results of operation and pathology were regarded as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic effect of this group.Results All 25 patients were diagnosed as single tumors by operation and pathology, including 10 cases of cerebral convex surface, 5 cases of posterior fossa, 4 cases of sphenoid ridge, 3 cases of cerebral falx, 3 cases of lateral ventricle; 23 cases(92.0%) were diagnosed by MRI; T1WI was mainly iso-signal, followed by low-signal, and T2WI was mainly slightly hyper-signal, less. Several cases had mixed heterogeneous signals on T1WI and T2WI. 23 cases had significant enhancement, 2 cases had heterogeneous enhancement, 16 cases had significant meningeal tail sign and 9 cases had significant edema band. Conclusion Enhanced MR imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis of meningioma. It can effectively clarify the signal characteristics and manifestations of meningioma. It has a high detection coincidence rate, and can provide guidance for targeted treatment. It has important clinical value.
