砂金釉制备工艺的创新研究

摘要
砂金釉是一种艺术价值极高的传统结晶釉。笔者以针铁矿、苏州土、钾长石、石英、碳酸钡、硝酸钾等为主要原料,采用氧化气氛烧成,研制出棕色底釉上呈现无数细小金色颗粒的砂金釉。通过研究砂金釉的保温温度、保温时间、釉层厚度以及促晶剂KNO_3用量对析晶效果的影响。研究表明:当保温温度为1 040℃,保温时间为75min,浸釉时间为7s,促晶剂含量为KNO_3为3.3%时,砂金釉釉面析晶效果最佳。
        Gold dust glaze is a kind of traditional crystal glaze with high artistic value.Goethite,Suzhou soil,potash feldspar,quartz,barium carbonate and potassium nitrate were used by author as the main raw materials and burned with oxidizing atmosphere.Gold dust glaze was developed by numerous fine gold particles on the brown underglaze.The gold dust glaze's holding temperature,holding time,glaze thickness and amount of KNO_3 on crystallization effect were studied.Research shows that when rhe holding temperature is 1 040℃,holding time is 75 min,dipping time is 7 s,promoting the crystals-KNO_3 is 3.3%,the glaze effect is the best.
