摘要
<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是常见的呼吸系统疾病,以不完全可逆和进行性发展的气流受限为主要特征。其发病机制目前尚未完全明了,目前有两个理论:蛋白酶-抗蛋白酶失衡理论和氧化应激增加理论。COPD的发病是外部环境和内在遗传共同作用的结果,外部环境包括烟草、烟雾、粉尘、化学物质等,而关于遗传因素,至今尚未形成统一观点。因此,想要有效预防COPD、指导临床个体化治疗,鉴定相关的遗传基因多态性显得尤为重要。白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)是由多种细胞产生并作用于多种细胞的一类细胞因子。目前被发现的IL共有
