旋覆代赭汤治疗功能性消化不良及对胃肠激素影响的临床观察

摘要
目的:分析与探讨采用旋覆代赭汤治疗功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效,并研究其对胃肠激素的影响。方法:92例功能性消化不良患者,采用数字表法根据用药治疗方案不同分成两组,每组46例。对照组给予多潘立酮进行治疗,观察组给予多潘立酮联合旋覆代赭汤进行治疗。观察两组疾病相关症状评分、胃动素、生长抑素、5羟色胺,胃蛋白酶原水平变化、不良反应以及临床治疗效果等情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(97.83%)、胃动素(268.24±30.15)ng/L、生长抑素(9.24±1.23)ng/L、5-羟色胺(47.19±6.47)ng/L、胃蛋白酶原I(127.54±6.41)μg/L、胃蛋白酶原II(17.22±2.13)μg/L均优于对照组治疗总有效率(84.78%)、胃动素(241.45±30.27)ng/L、生长抑素(13.62±2.04)ng/L、5羟色胺(41.24±6.26)ng/L、胃蛋白酶原I(105.69±6.64)μg/L、胃蛋白酶原II(12.94±2.12)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后早饱、上腹痛、厌食、反酸以及恶心呕吐等临床症状各项评分结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用旋覆代赭汤治疗功能性消化不良患者,能够显著改善其反酸、腹胀等临床症状,促进患者疾病相关胃肠激素水平恢复,能够明显提升临床疗效,同时安全性较好,有助于患者预后。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the clinical treatment effect of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction on functional dyspepsia patients and study its effect on gastrointestinal hormones. Methods: 92 cases of functional dyspepsia were divided into two groups, 46 cases in each group. The control group was given domperidone treatment and the observation group received domperidone combined with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction treatment. Two groups' disease related symptom scores, motilin, somatostatin, 5-hydroxytryptamine, pepsinogen level, adverse reactions and clinical effects were observed. Results: The total efficiency(97.83%), motilin(268.24±30.15)ng/L, somatostatin(9.24±1.23)ng/L, 5-hydroxytryptamine(47.19±6.47)ng/L, pepsinogen I(127.54±6.41)g/L and pepsinogen II(17.22 ±2.13)g/L of the observation group were better than the control group's total efficiency(84.78%), motilin(241.45±30.27)ng/L, somatostatin(13.62±2.04)ng/L, 5-hydroxytryptamine(41.24±6.26)ng/L, pepsinogen I(105.69±6.64)g/L, pepsinogen II(12.94±2.12)g/L, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the observation group's early satiety, upper abdominal pain, anorexia, nausea and vomiting and other symptoms of acid reflux and the evaluation results were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The use of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms such as abdominal distension and acid reflux, promote the recovery of patients with disease related gastrointestinal hormones, and significantly improve the clinical efficacy, with good safety, contributing to the prognosis of patients.
