摘要

以高速公路养护为背景,结合目前的建养体制和现状,阐述了养护工程的特点和存在的问题,在节能减排和绿色环保的新趋势下,提出了"标准化、信息化、人性化和环保化"4个养护新理念,促进公路养护事业的转型升级和可持续发展。
        Taking highway maintenance as the background, combined with the current construction and maintenance system and the current situation, this paper described the characteristics and the existing problems of maintenance engineering. Under the new trend of energy conservation, emission reduction and green environmental protection, combined with the characteristics and development trends of highway maintenance, it also put forward the four new maintenance concepts of "standardization, informatization, humanization and environmental protection",which promoted the transformation, upgrading and sustainable development of highway maintenance.
