新时代党的纪律建设:历程、特征和经验

摘要
铁的纪律是马克思主义政党的显著标志,新时代为了促进党风根本好转,深入推进反腐败斗争,必须以习近平同志为核心的党中央以党的纪律建设为突破口,重点强化了政治纪律,全面完善了组织纪律,推进了党的纪律建设加快发展。在这一阶段,党的纪律建设主要特点是发展性与实践性相统一、一脉相承又与时俱进、兼顾整体又突出重点。总结这个阶段党的纪律建设的基本经验,在理论上厘清纪律与法律、党纪与国法的关系,明确党的纪律建设,以维护党的坚强领导为目标,把党的纪律建设作为管党治党的前提,推进党的纪律建设与其他建设相结合,坚持党的纪律建设与时俱进。
Strict discipline is a remarkable characteristic of Marxist political parties.In order to promote the fundamental improvement of the working style of the Party and fight corruption in the new era,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,takes the Party's discipline construction as a breakthrough point,comprehensively improves the Party's discipline construction politically and organizationally to accelerate its development.At this stage,the main characteristics of the Party's discipline construction are the unity of development and practice with the combination of inheritance and progress of the time,taking into consideration of both the overall and the individual focus.Therefore,it is important to summarize the basic experience of the Party's discipline construction at this stage,clarify the relationship between discipline and law,especially the Party's discipline and national law,so as to maintain the Party's strong leadership in governing and keep pace with the times.
