管式炉、导热油炉余热利用改造实践

摘要
利用实用新型专利技术对管式炉、导热油炉进行余热利用改造,对烟气余热进行回收利用,降低排烟温度,达到节能的目的。改造后,管式炉废气排放温度由364℃下降到204℃,明显减少了废气带走的热量,煤气燃烧完全,废气含氧量从原先的高于10%下降至4.8%,热效率提升8.6%。改造后的导热油炉高温尾气预热助燃空气,排放温度由280~320℃降低至139℃,导热油炉的热效率提升了5.7%,煤气单耗由827.51 m3/t下降到了730.31 m3/t。
        The utility model patent technology is used to reform the waste heat utilization of the tubular furnace and heat conduction oil furnace, to recycle the waste heat of the flue gas and reduce the temperature of the flue gas, and to achieve the purpose of energy saving. After revamping, the exhaust temperature of the tubular furnace dropped from 364 ℃ to 204 ℃, which significantly reduced the heat taken away by the exhaust gas. The gas burned completely, the oxygen content of the exhaust gas dropped from above10% to 4.8%, and the thermal efficiency increased by 8.6%. The reformed high-temperature tail gas from heat conduction oil furnace preheated combustion air, the discharge temperature decreased from 280-320℃ to 139 ℃, the thermal efficiency of heat conduction oil furnace increased by 5.7%, and the gas consumption per unit decreased from 827.51 m3/t to 730.31 m3/t.
