<正>1998年,Marceau等~([1])首次报道了胃袖状切除术(sleeve gastrectomy,SG),由于其减重疗效确切、操作简单、手术相关并发症少等特点,现已成为全球每年开展最多的代谢术式~([2])。SG主要包括两个步骤:(1)游离胃大弯侧和胃底体后壁。(2)沿胃小弯侧切除胃大弯。其中,胃底体后
