摘要
过期药物的再利用既能减少污染,又能节约实验经费。探索从过期的布洛芬悬浮液美林~?中回收布洛芬的方法,将其设计为本科生的开放实验。分析回收的实验原理和步骤,总结过期药物回收利用开放实验的实施与考核,以及应注意的问题。该开放实验的实施有助于学生深刻了解药物悬浮液的组成成分、绿色化学的理念以及解决实际问题的能力。
        The reuse of expired drugs can not only reduce the pollution,but also save the experiment cost.The method of recovering ibuprofen from expired ibuprofen suspension was explored and designed as an open experiment for undergraduates.This paper analyzes the experimental principle and procedure of recycling in detail,summarizes the implementation and assessment of the open experiment of recycling and utilization of expired drugs,as well as the problems that should be paid attention to.The implementation of this open experiment will help students to have a deeper understanding of the components of the drug suspension,the concept of green chemistry and the ability to solve practical problems.
