藏药名称规范问题探讨

摘要
目的:探讨藏药临床用药名称规范性。方法:通过分析当前藏药名称混乱现象,运用文献调研与文献分析归纳法,以藏医药理论为基础,探求藏药名称规范化的方法,并针对性地提出一些可行性的解决办法。结果:总结出六个方面的问题:藏药的同物异名现象;藏药同名异物现象;藏药名称翻译不一致现象;藏药材植物名与药材名混用现象;藏药材植物的用药部位不统一现象;方剂中药材名不一现象。结论:提出规范化建议,解决藏药名称不规范导致的众多问题,并为藏药名称统一提供可能的依据和研究参考。
Objective:To study the normalization of clinical drug name of Tibetan medicine.Method:Based on Tibetan medicine theory,the normalization of Tibetan medicine name was explored by analyzing the current status of name confusion through literature research and literature analysis induction.And some feasible solutions were put forward.Result:Six problems were summarized including synonym,homonym,different translation of Tibetan medicine,the confusion of the name of Tibetan medicinal plants and medicine,different parts of Tibetan medicinal plants,and different medicine name in prescription.Conclusion:The standardization name criterion is proposed to address the problems caused by the confusion of Tibetan medicine name,and provide reference and evidence for the unification of Tibetan medicine name.
