临床护士心理健康影响因素及对策

摘要
临床护士是提供医疗服务的特殊群体,他们的心理健康状况直接影响人类的健康事业和人民的生活质量。人的心理状态在环境及自身条件允许的情况下所达到的最佳状态,即为心理健康,心理健康属于人体的内在资源。随着时代的发展,人们的法律意识日益加强,患者及家属对护理工作的要求也随之提高,在很多医院护患纠纷屡有发生,甚至出现医闹现象,这就使护理人员产生了极大的心理压力,甚至严重影响护士的心理健康。为了确保护士能够将更多的精力集中于有效的工作中,表现出更好的工作状态,该研究以临床护理实践为主,并结合有关文献,探究通过对临床护士心理健康的影响因素进行分析,提出维护对策,对确保护理质量及患者和护士自身安全具有重要意义。
Clinical nurses are a special group to provide medical services. Their mental health directly affects human health and people's quality of life. Mental health is the best state that a person's mental state can achieve when the environment and his own conditions permit. Mental health belongs to the internal resources of the human body.With the development of the times, people's legal consciousness has been strengthened day by day, and patients and their families need nursing work. As a result, disputes between nurses and patients occur frequently in many hospitals,and even medical disturbances occur, which causes great psychological pressure on nurses, and even seriously affects their mental health. In order to ensure that nurses can concentrate more energy on effective work and show better working status, this study focused on clinical nursing practice, combined with relevant literature, explored the influencing factors of clinical nurses' mental health and put forward maintenance countermeasures, which is of great significance to ensure the quality of nursing and the safety of patients and nurses themselves.
