结构生色纺织品的研究进展

摘要
结构生色技术在纺织领域有很大的发展潜力。文中通过对结构生色机理以及目前研究所涉及的结构色制备方法的阐述,特别是对磁控溅射法制备结构生色纺织品做了详细介绍,目前的研究结果都表明,无论采用何种结构色制备方式,薄膜的厚度、层数都是影响颜色的重要因素。最后,文中对结构生色纺织品存在的问题和发展趋势进行了总结,指出了颜色的稳定性、颜色的重现性及靶材的生态性均是结构生色纺织品未来研究需要重视的问题。
        Structural chromogenic technology has great potential for development in the textile field. In this paper, through the description of the structural chromogenic mechanism and the preparation method of the structural color involved in the current research, especially through the detailed introduction of the structural color textiles by magnetron sputtering, the current research results show that no matter what kind of structural color preparation method is adopted, the thickness and number of layers of the film are important factors affecting color. Finally, the problems and development trends of structural chromogenic textiles are summarized. It points out that the stability and reproducibility of color and the ecological nature of target material are all issues that need to be paid attention to in the future research.
