摘要

从机织物起毛起球机理出发,设计试样并确定处理工艺流程。从不同原料、纺纱、织造等方面进行了实验和分析,探讨了纺织参数对涤棉机织物起毛起球性能的影响。结果表明,合理选择纤维长度、单纤维强力、纱线捻度、纺纱工艺、纺纱方式、纱线形式、织物组织和织物密度可提高涤棉机织物的抗起毛起球等级,对实际生产有一定的指导意义。
        Starting from the pilling mechanism of the woven fabric, the samples were designed and the process flows were determined. Experiments and analysis were carried out from different raw materials, spinning and weaving, and the influence of textile parameters on the pilling performance of polyester-cotton woven fabrics was discussed. The results showed that reasonable selection of fiber length, single fiber strength, yarn twist, spinning process, spinning method, yarn form, fabric structure and fabric density could improve the pilling grade of polyester/cotton woven fabrics, which was guidance for actual production.
