摘要
采用复合酶HG0180对棉坯布进行酶氧一浴二步法短流程前处理,探讨了酶活化温度、酶质量浓度、退煮时间及退煮液p H值对前处理效果的影响,优化了棉织物酶氧前处理工艺。从前处理效果、服用性能和加工过程三个方面对酶氧一浴法和碱氧一浴法前处理效果进行比较分析。结果表明,在前处理效果和服用性能方面,二者基本相近;在加工过程方面,酶氧前处理更节能、环保。
The cotton fabric is pretreated with enzyme- peroxide one- bath- two- step process by compound enzyme HG0180. The effects of activation temperature and concentration of enzyme, desizing and scouring time and p H value on the pretreatment are discussed. The process of enzyme-peroxide pretreatment on cotton fabric is optimized. The enzyme-peroxide one-bath process and alkali-peroxide one-bath process are analyzed and compared from pretreatment results, wearability and processing procedures. The results show that the pretreatment results and wearability of enzyme-peroxide process and alkali-peroxide process are similar, but the processing procedure of enzyme-peroxide pretreatment is more energy conservation and environmentally friendly.
