高龄患者下肢骨折围手术期脑卒中危险因素分析

摘要
目的:研究高龄患者下肢骨折围手术期脑卒中相关危险因素。方法:回顾性对我院近5年244例高龄下肢骨折患者资料进行分析,寻找导致围手术期并发症的相关危险因素。结果:高龄、心房纤颤、手术时间≥3 h等因素为老年下肢骨折围手术期脑卒中的独立危险因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:高龄下肢骨折患者具有较多的脑卒中高危因素,重视术前及术中危险因素的控制,可以减少和预防围手术期脑卒中的发生。
Objective:To study the risk factors of stroke in elderly patients with lower limb fracture during perioperative period.Methods:The data of 244 elderly patients with lower limb fracture in our hospital in recent 5 years was retrospectively analyzed to find out the related risk factors for perioperative complications.Results:Age, atrial fibrillation and operation time(>3 h) were independent risk factors for stroke in elderly patients with lower limb fracture during perioperative period(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:There are many high risk factors for stroke in elderly patients with lower limb fracture. Attention to the control of preoperative and intraoperative risk factors can reduce and prevent the occurrence of perioperative stroke.
