余霖《疫疹一得》治疫大法拾萃

摘要
余霖《疫疹一得》一书治疫大法普惠世人,其临床实用价值不可估量。文章从余氏精研《黄帝内经》运气理论,疫疹临证之为用;深谙人体防疫之要,疫疹正气为御邪;依证辨机施方用药,倡娠妇疫疹必治;禀先贤治疫之效验,创清瘟败毒饮;清瘟败毒五十二症,按症加减疫疹殁几个方面详细剖析余霖《疫疹一得》于疫病学治疗领域的突出成就与贡献,对近年来流行的埃博拉出血热、登革热、寨卡病毒病的防治有很好的借鉴指导作用。
The clinical and practical value of YU Lin's Yizhen Yide, a book for epidemic disease, is immeasurable. YU Lin studied yunqi theory in Inner Cannon of Huangdi well, and he applied it in the treatment of pestilence. He knew that the important part of human body preventing the disease was the vital qi. In the treatment, he applied syndrome differentiation based on the pathology, and he advocated the treatment of pregnant woman with pestilence. Based the inheritance of former doctors, he created Qingwen Baidu Decoction, which could treat fifty-two symptoms of the disease. This paper summarized the outstanding achievements and contributions of YU Lin's Yizhen Yide in the field of pestilence, and had a good reference guide for the prevention and treatment of Ebola haemorrhagic fever, dengue fever and Zika virus.
