摘要
在"十三五"力推生活垃圾焚烧发电厂为生活垃圾的无害化最终处置设施的大背景下,生活垃圾卫生填埋场依然以其应急填埋及飞灰应急处置的功能占据一定地位,且广东省内部分地方仍以生活垃圾卫生填埋为主要终端处理设施。省内部分填埋场出现填埋库区运营效果不理想的情况,其主要因素之一是缺乏运营规划作为运营主导。通过对填埋库区的研究,利用相关软件对填埋库区进行构建,并作出科学的运营规划,切实按照规划进行落实,使得填埋库区的运营规范化,运行效果达到相关污染物排放控制要求。为同行业内其他在运行过程中存在类似问题的填埋场提供一定的解决途径。
        During the "13 th Five-Year" period, under the background of vigorously developing the municipal solid waste incineration power plant as a harmless final disposal facility for domestic refuse, MSW sanitary landfill still occupies a certain position with its emergency landfill and Incineration fly ash emergency disposal function. In addition, domestic waste sanitary landfill is still the main terminal treatment facility in some parts of Guangdong province. Some of the landfills in the province are not operating well in the landfill area. One of the main factors is the lack of operational planning as the leading operation. Through the study of the landfill reservoir area, the relevant software is used to construct the landfill reservoir area, and drawing up the scientific operation planning. It is implemented according to the planning, which makes the operation of the landfill area standardized and the operation effect to meet the requirements of the related pollutant emission control. It provides some solutions for other similar landfills with similar problems in operation.
