摘要
综合维修计划是高速铁路开展维修工作的基础,对确保维修工作的顺利开展具有重要意义。概述我国高速铁路维修计划编制现状,在既有研究的基础上,针对高速铁路综合维修计划编制的特点,将综合维修计划编制抽象为广义指派问题,以综合维修天窗利用率最大化和维修费用最小化为目标,建立综合维修计划编制的双目标整数规划模型,设计基于分层序列法的启发式算法,最后通过算例进行检验,结果表明该方法有效,能够得到天窗利用率最大、大型机械使用费最小的维修计划。
        Comprehensive maintenance planning is the foundation of developing maintenance works for high-speed railways,and it also has an important meaning in ensuring smooth development of maintenance works.This paper summarizes the status of high-speed railway maintenance planning in China.On the basis of existing studies,targeting the characteristics of high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance planning,the planning is abstracted as the generalized assignment.Taking the maximum utilization rate of comprehensive maintenance window and minimization of maintenance cost as the objects,a dual-objective integer programming model for comprehensive maintenance planning is established and a heuristic algorithm based on hierarchical sequence method is designed,which finally is tested by the calculation example.The result shows the method is valid and could achieve the maintenance planning with maximum utilization rate of maintenance window and minimum operating cost of heavy-duty machines.
