摘要
设计了一种三维激光扫描足迹识别设备及其应用程序和算法,研究了采用该设备进行刑事侦查足迹图像采集及识别的方法,通过设计基于激光三角法测距原理的三维激光扫描方法完成足迹图像采集,然后通过足迹识别、足迹图像区域的提取、足迹图像降噪与特征提取、图像二值化与层次聚类等关键步骤完成足迹图像识别。该方法采集的足迹图像目标明确,取得了较好的识别效果。
A 3D laser scanning footprint recognition device and its application program and algorithm are designed. The method of collecting and identifying footprints in criminal investigation using this device is studied.A three-dimensional laser scanning method based on laser triangulation ranging principle is designed to complete the footprint image acquisition, and then the footprint image recognition is completed through the key steps of footprint recognition, footprint image region extraction, footprint image denoising and feature extraction, image binarization and hierarchical clustering. The footprints collected by this method have clear target and good recognition results.
