摘要
针对助航灯光备件在进行管理时,需要考虑其消耗过程中存在的突发性损伤更换、定期寿命更换以及特殊情况实时调节更换等特点,提出一种改进的ABC分类管理方法。进行快速流动备件、慢速流动备件以及不流动备件的分类;鉴于ABC分类管理的原理,将AHP与SE-DEA相结合,通过灰色关联度计算进行排序分类;通过实例分析,将关联度前20%、中30%和后50%的备件分类为A、B、C三类。相比于只考虑单因素的传统ABC分类法以及考虑权重不足的AHP-ABC分类法,该方法的分类结果更具全面性以及合理性。因此,将其运用于助航灯光备件分类,有助于实现科学的管理。
        In the management of navigational lightning aid spare parts, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of sudden damage replacement, periodic replacement and real time adjustment and replacement in the process of consumption. Thus, we proposed an improved ABC classification management method. The fast flow spare parts, the slow flow spare parts and the no-flow spare parts were classified. In view of the principle of ABC classification management, the grey correlation degree calculation was used for sorting and classification, with the combined application of AHP and SE-DEA. After instance analysis, the first 20%, next 30% and the last 50% of correlation degree were classified as A,B and C. Compared with the traditional ABC classification considering single factor and the AHP-ABC classification with insufficient weight, the classification result of this method is more comprehensive and reasonable. Therefore, applying the proposed method in the navigational lighting aid spare parts classification contributes to realize scientific management.
