鼻咽癌患者应用养阴清热解毒方治疗的效果观察

摘要
目的:研究鼻咽癌患者应用养阴清热解毒方治疗效果。方法:对2014年7月～2017年5月期间我院诊治的鼻咽癌患者74例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,均为37例。2组均接受三维适形放射治疗,观察组在此基础上应用养阴清热解毒方治疗。比较2组疗效、放射性口腔炎发生率及疼痛程度。结果:观察组临床总有疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);经不同治疗后,观察组放射性口腔炎分级改善程度比对照组明显(P<0.05);且观察组疼痛评分低于对照组的疼痛评分(P<0.05)。结论:治疗鼻咽癌在放射治疗基础上应用中药养阴清热解毒方疗效显著,有助于减轻放射性口咽部反应程度,减轻患者疼痛,确保患者顺利完成放射治疗。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Yangyin Qingre Jiedu decoction in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: 74 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma who were treated in our hospital from July2014 to May 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, all of which were 37 cases. Both groups received three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy. On the basis of this, the observation group was treated with Yangyin Qingre Jiedu decoction. Compare the efficacy of the two groups, the incidence of radiation stomatitis and the degree of pain. Results: The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After different treatments, the degree of improvement of radioactive stomatitis in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with radiotherapy is effective in the application of traditional Chinese medicine Yangyin Qingre Jiedu decoction, which can help reduce the degree of radioactive oropharyngeal reaction, reduce the pain of patients and ensure the successful completion of radiation therapy.
