病案编码多地协同办公模式的探讨

摘要
为适应医院发展,针对一院多址现象,病案科改革原有多院区平行运行模式,提出病案编码多地协同办公模式。新模式包括数字化扫描、整理和智能分配、编码互查、质控反馈四大模块。改善原有多线程平行运行模式,新模式先完成病案数字化,再完成智能分配模块分配的编码和互查、反馈工作,集中科室优势力量将编码、互查、质控病案科三大核心工作整体处理,联动运作,再弹性安排其余工作。新模式打破平行办公模式的局限,加强编码员沟通协作,覆盖全院病种,节省人力,统一编码标准,完善编码体系,提高编码质量。新的多地协同办公模式还需更新完善,优化流程,进一步提高病案科工作效率。
