摘要
聚焦于汽车产业供应链中供应商所处位置对其参与整车企业新产品开发程度的作用方式,通过对广东省某整车企业的50家供应商进行调查研究,发现供应商在供应链上的位置显著正向影响其参与整车企业新产品开发的水平,即供应商越靠近供应链下游,其参与整车企业新产品开发的水平越高;此外,企业所有权属性也显现出对二者关系的正向调节作用,当供应商为内资企业时,其供应链层级对其参与客户新产品开发水平的影响更强。该研究揭示供应链结构对企业创新的意义。
        This paper focuses on the impact of supplier position in auto supply chain on its involvement in the assembler's new product development(NPD). By using the data of 50 suppliers from supplier network of an assembler in Guangdong Province, we test the hypotheses and find that the position of supplier in supply chain affects the extent to which the supplier involves in customer's NPD significantly. The more downstream supplier is located in supply chain, the higher level it involves in customer's NPD. Moreover, the result indicates that domestic supplier has a positive moderating effect on the linkage between supplier position in supply chain and level of its involvement in customer's NPD activities. The study helps managers understand the importance of supply chain structure for innovation.
