金凤煤矿综采工作面过断层期间防灭火技术

摘要
针对综采工作面因过断层长时间缓慢回采带来的防灭火问题,金凤煤矿采取了综合防灭火措施,通过现场实测数据验证了防灭火措施的有效性。研究结果表明,采取控制工作面风量、封堵采空区漏风通道、工作面喷洒阻化剂、在采空区注三相泡沫等综合防灭火措施,能够有效防止易自燃煤层工作面采空区自然发火,确保矿井安全生产。
        In view of the problem of fire prevention and extinguishing caused by slow mining through faults for a long time in fully mechanized mining face,comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures have been adopted in Jinfeng Coal Mine,and the effectiveness of fire prevention and extinguishing measures has been verified by the measured data on the spot. The results show that the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing measures,such as controlling the air volume in the working surface,blocking the air leakage channel in the goaf,spraying the blocking agent in the working face and injecting three-phase foam in the goaf,can effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the coal seam with spontaneous combustion and ensure safe production of coal mine.
